If you have previous optical or contact lens experience and want to take the next step in your career, this Contact Lens Manager role at Specsavers could be the perfect fit. In this role, you'll support the smooth and efficient running of our Contact Lens department. You'll guide customers through their contact lens journey - from ordering and handling queries, to teaching them how to insert, remove, and care for their lenses safely. You'll also assist the Contact Lens Optician and help ensure your team are confident using our systems and processes. Our store Our Gloucester Specsavers store is a busy, modern optical and audiology hub located in the heart of the city, serving a diverse and loyal customer base. The store benefits from a strong clinical and retail team, advanced equipment, and a supportive, performance-driven culture that prioritises both exceptional patient care and commercial success. With high footfall and a reputation for delivering outstanding service, the Gloucester store provides an engaging and fast-paced environment.
