Responsibilities
- Air Export Operations
- Handle day-to-day air export shipment operations (booking, executing awb, checking invoice and packing list, ensure cargo uplift, costing and billing)
- Coordinate with airlines, transporters, warehouses, ground handlers, and internal teams.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipment data such as shipper/consignee details, weights, dimensions, and cargo descriptions.
- Maintain proper filing and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Customs, Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Customs regulations and airline security requirements.
- Verify compliance with destination country regulations and customer-specific requirements.
- Identify and handle special cargo (e.g. dangerous goods, lithium batteries, temperature-controlled cargo) in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.
- Escalate potential compliance or regulatory issues promptly to management.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on shipment status, flight details, and cargo uplift.
- Respond to operational queries professionally and within agreed service levels.
- Proactively communicate and escalate operational issues such as missed cut-offs, discrepancies, or delays.
- Systems & Process Adherence
- Use internal operating systems and airline portals accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and service standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
- Education & Experience
- Prior experience in air freight export operations is an advantage; fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Team-oriented with aproactive and responsible work attitude.
