Job Description: To provide an exceptional housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort across all guest areas. To ensure the lounges, showers, toilets and cabana areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort at all times. To clean all surfaces, furnishings and fittings using the appropriate equipment, cleaning products and safe working practices. To take pride in every detail, ensuring all guest areas consistently reflect Aer Lingus's commitment to excellence. To maintain sufficient supplies of cleaning materials and consumables within your working area, ensuring they are stored safely and securely at all times. To use, maintain and safely store cleaning equipment, reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly. To take ownership of your areas, creating welcoming environments that support an exceptional hospitality experience. To work efficiently and effectively, maintaining standards that leave a positive and lasting impression on guests. To provide a friendly, professional and hygienic service at all times. To comply with all instructions relating to the safe use and storage of cleaning materials, chemicals and equipment. To ensure all areas under your control are maintained in accordance with company standards, Health & Safety requirements and COSHH regulations Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Friendly and approachable demeaner, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest experience.
