  • New Logo Acquisition (100% Hunter)
  • Identify, prospect, and secure net‑new enterprise and commercial clients .

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, deal stages, and forecasting in CRM.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, deal progress, and close probability.
  • Required Experience & Profile
  • Sales Experience
  • 5+ years of B2B IT sales experience focused on new business development .
  • Mandatory background in an IT System Integrator, MSP, or IT Services company .
  • Proven track record of closing net‑new logos and exceeding sales targets.

We are hiring a pure hunter IT Sales Manager to drive net‑new customer acquisition . This role is 100% new business focused and ideal for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and closing complex IT deals. This position is not an account management or farming role . The successful candidate will focus exclusively on identifying, pursuing, and closing new logos , preferably with prior experience in an IT System Integrator (SI) or IT Services environment .
