About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Business Sales Manager to support the growth of our enterprise business operations in Singapore and the Southeast Asia region. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue growth targets in a fast-paced and competitive market environment. Roles & Responsibilities (Core Duties) 1. Business Development & Sales:Drive business development in the assigned region, industry, or customer segment and achieve sales targets. Customer & Account Management:Maintain accurate customer information, business opportunities, sales pipelines, and customer visit records in the company system. 3. Reporting & Administrative Support:Maintain good relationships with existing customers and continuously explore potential business needs and cooperation opportunities. 5. General Duties:Support additional departmental initiatives and business activities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development within the telecommunications, ICT, cloud, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing enterprise customer relationships.
- Experience in selling ICT infrastructure, cloud solutions, IDC services, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
- Skills & Knowledge
- Strong business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of enterprise ICT, cloud, data centre, AI computing, or digital infrastructure solutions.
- Strong market awareness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Language & Communication (TAFEP Compliant)
- English: Good written and verbal communication skills are required to prepare formal safety reports and communicate with management.
- Second Language: Proficiency in Chinese is strongly preferred for supporting regional business communication and customer engagement needs where applicable
