This attorney will lead a team of counsel-level attorneys who are responsible for providing practical, business-minded guidance on the marketing and promotion of the Company's consumer products, from development to launch and beyond, including digital offerings and FDA-regulated products. This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, healthcare regulation, marketing, and e‑commerce, and will serve as a legal leader and strategic partner to the Company's marketing, product, and growth teams. This is a managing role for someone excited to both do and build: advising directly on complex product matters while shaping strategy, processes, and standards for product legal support in a fast‑paced, consumer‑centric company Compensation is targeted at an annual base salary range of $240,000 to $270,000, an equity grant, and generous benefits. The total compensation package will vary and depend on the candidate's level of seniority, number of years of directly relevant experience, and geographic location.
