Responsibilities

  • Delivery and Execution Support
  • Support planning, execution,and tracking of technology deliveries across development, testing, anddeployment phases

  • Assist in maintaining deliveryartefacts
  • Support audit, regulatory, andcompliance requirements by ensuring documentation completeness and traceability
  • Ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved as per governance standards
  • Reporting and Communication
  • Prepare regular delivery status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and delivery health metrics
  • Support senior TDMs in escalation preparation and management reporting
  • Vendor and Third Party Support
  • Support coordination with external vendors and contract resources
  • Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
  • Escalate potential delivery or quality risks related to third party dependencies

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in PMO support, systems analysis, development coordination, or technical project roles
  • Exposure to enterprise, banking, or regulated environments is an advantage
  • Technical and Delivery Skills
  • Basic understanding of SDLC(Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
  • Exposure to application development, testing, and deployment processes
  • Familiarity with release management, change management, and environment coordination
  • Project and Coordination Skills
  • Strong organization, tracking, and follow up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in parallel
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, or similar tracking tools
  • Communication and Behavioral Skills
  • Clear, structured, and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross functional and multicultural teams
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take increasing ownership over delivery areas
  • Awareness of enterprise systems, data flows, and technology components
  • Certifications (Good to Have)
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Scrum / Agile fundamentals
  • PMP / PRINCE2 Foundation (or working towards certification)
