Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily deployment of security personnel.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower allocation.
• Liaise with clients regarding operational requirements and service delivery.
• Conduct site visits and operational inspections.
• Handle officers' attendance, leave, and deployment issues.
• Investigate and prepare reports for incidents and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain operational records and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training arrangements where required.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of operations or administrative experience.
• Experience in the security industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
