Sales Engineer / Sales Executive (Technical Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle-from site visits to deal closure-while building lasting relationships with clients in the engineering and industrial sector. Full technical training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process, including client meetings, site visits, and project follow-ups
• Provide sales support with basic technical guidance (training provided)
• Generate new business from both existing accounts and new projects/tenders
• Leverage company-provided leads to expand your pipeline
• Meet and exceed annual sales KPIs

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts (training available)
• A "farmer" mindset-focused on nurturing long-term client relationships
• Positive, proactive working attitude
• Valid driving license required (company car provided)
• Candidates with own transport will receive a monthly allowance of $800
