Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Operations Management, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility industry.
- Proven track record of engaging in cross-functional transformation efforts in the utility or related industry.
- Certifications:
- PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other transformation-related certifications preferred.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex organizational environment.

Job Summary The Director, Business Transformation is a strategic leadership role involved in driving transformation initiatives within the Transmission organization. Reporting to the VP, Transmission Center of Excellence, this role will lead cross-functional efforts to identify process improvement opportunities, establish key performance indicators, implement innovative solutions, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The Director will serve as a key change agent, aligning transformation efforts with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
