About the role
We are searching for an exceptional, analytically ambitious, and innovation-oriented leader to join our OpenDoor team as Director, Insights & Measurement - Prime Video EU. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position covering a period of maternity leave, based in London. The role reports into the Global Lead Measurement with a dotted line into the EU Lead Measurement X-LOBS. The Director, Insights & Measurement will inherit an established framework, a senior stakeholder network, and a live EU portfolio, and will be expected to lead with full accountability for the duration of the contract. What makes this role distinctive is its position at the frontier of AI-assisted measurement. The OpenDoor measurement team has already developed a suite of proprietary AI agents - including a Brand Lift Study Agent that automates the synthesis and interpretation of BLS outputs, and a Cultural Reflex Agent that tracks and contextualises cultural signals around title launches in real time. The Director, Insights & Measurement will be an active user and champion of these tools from day one, and is expected to develop and deploy at least one new agent capability during the course of the contract - contributing directly to the team's growing library of measurement intelligence infrastructure. Prime Video is Amazon's entertainment destination for movies, series, documentaries, and live sport.
