About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery within Agile squads, working across multiple initiatives across data, technology, and change
  • Manage backlog, flow, and priorities using Jira / Azure DevOps (Kanban)
  • Coordinate across teams, systems, and vendors to deliver integrated outcomes
  • Identify risks and dependencies early, and actively remove blockers
  • Keep stakeholders aligned with clear, no-surprises communication
  • Drive adoption and change , ensuring solutions land and are used in practice
  • Apply governance to control scope, risk, dependencies, and delivery quality
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Engage executive sponsors, clinical leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Provide clear status reporting and escalation
  • About you
  • T ertiary qu alification in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
  • Significant Agile e xperience (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe , Kanban )
  • Experience in healthcare, aged care, or other regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience using delivery tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, reporting)
