Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, roadshows, exhibitions, and fulfillment activities from concept to post-event review.
  • Act as second-in-command to lead the Events & Fulfillment team, including task allocation, coaching, and performance support.

  • Qualification and Experience
  • 5 years' experience in events, operations, or fulfillment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong project management, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events and deadlines
  • Budget management and cost control experience
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on, and detail-oriented leader
