- Business Reviews: Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and operational check-ins to monitor performance and identify growth levers.
Requirements
- Professional Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management, ideally within B2B software, payments, or fintech.
- Leadership Foundation: Prior experience (formal or informal) in mentoring, coaching, or leading a sales professional. You must be passionate about seeing others succeed.
- Systems Fluency: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional relationship-management skills with the ability to influence both external partners and internal executive stakeholders.
