Develop and implement best practice standards, policies and procedures for planning, recording, monitoring and the maintenance of software and hardware assets. Understand, design and implement continuous life cycle management of configuration items Preparing the structural change to a service-oriented process and industrialized organization and disseminating the new way of thinking in PU internal collaboration based on the possibilities of the new tool Ensure that the SACM process is Fit for Purpose and compliant to the current regulations and norms that apply Responsible for the process design and framework Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the process Manage any new requirements or changes to the Process Coordinates design work for CI and Asset discovery, integrations, and other data import methods Collaborate with and supports Key stakeholders across the IT organization and the business to review, improve our asset management across the group so that it becomes cost effective. Supports other IT process owners and functional areas (e.g. Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management etc.) Support, monitor, review audit activities and process Provides coaching for CMDB stakeholders to ensure appropriate understanding of the Configuration and Asset Management system and its relationship to Change Management and other key IT processes. Prioritizes process-related requirements for IT-developments in Demand Boards Evaluation and recommendation of new technologies or improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes. 3+ Years hands on experience with Asset Manager Tool, Service NOW, CMDB, CSDM and SACM process Experience in configuration management is a must Strong analytical and conceptual skills Problem solving skills Language skills: English - C1; German - B2 Strong communication and presentation skills * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
