We are seeking a General Dentist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment. The facility will offer Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and General Dentistry services, along with visiting specialists. The new $300 million Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center opened in Sitka, April 2026 and in 2021 we opened the $30 million Wrangell Medical Center, located in Wrangell. With plans to build a third critical-access hospital in Haines. In addition to the dozens of established outpatient clinics and traveling clinics throughout the region. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation salary: Full-Time: $203,000 -$254,000 based on years of experience. Financial incentives: Sign-On Bonus and relocation assistance. Practice Details: New, modern clinic facility: Featuring twelve private operatories and plumbed nitrous oxide. There are plans to support each dentist with two dental assistants in the near future. Patient Volume: 12-18 patients per day in clinic. All clinic operatories have up-to-date A-Dec equipment, digital radiography, and electronic health records. Including Dentrix Enterprise Software and Dexis Radiography. Procedure opportunities: Full spectrum of treatment options, from minimally invasive dentistry to traditional restorative dentistry, and full mouth dental rehab cases in the OR.
