Technician (Production / Manufacturing) x 80

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive mechanical assembly and produce complex wire, coaxial and flat cables.
• Use hand tools and machines like screwdrivers, soldering irons, crimpers and wire.
• Clean parts, identify wires by color code and support first-time production runs.
• Assemble, rework, or modify parts using drawings, tickets or verbal instructions.
• Assist with cycle counting, inventory tasks and material transactions.
• Support continuous improvement and team collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge of industry equipment and techniques.
• Meet daily output and quality targets.

Requirements

• Inexperienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum Secondary school (GCE O Level) or higher education.
• 6 months - 2 years as a Technician in production or manufacturing environment.
• Read and follow work instructions for cable assembly.
• Experience with detailed assembly on a paced line.
• Able to crimp and solder.
