Moranbah North Underground Mine is excited to announce that our New to Miners Program is now accepting applications for the 2026 intake! As a New to Industry Miner, you will: Be employed on a two (2) year Fixed Term Contract Gain a broad understanding of the underground mining process (Development, Longwall and Outbye) as you rotate through the various operational departments. Work alongside a range of experienced technical and operational professionals where you will gain experience on a range of underground specific machinery such as driftrunners, loaders and bolters. Undertake a Certificate II in Underground Coal Mining Operations.
