Responsibilities

  • Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the technology sector
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO where relevant)

  • Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Strong academic background from a leading university
  • Highly motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
