About the role

Assistant Support Line Manager and/or (Local) Management Teams regarding their schedule/agenda, business trips, meetings, correspondence and organization of activities. Main responsibilities: Support line manager and/or local management team(s) in organizational and administrative tasks Pro-actively manage and organize calendars, meetings, appointments and (team) activities internally and, if applicable, externally Prepare documents and presentation material; respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries, and calls.
