Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Washing up pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment to a high standard
• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised throughout service
• Supporting chefs with basic prep and stock put-away when needed
• Managing waste disposal and recycling
• Helping maintain food hygiene and safety standards across the kitchen
• The details:
• Night shifts, roughly 6 hours per shift
• 5-6 shifts out of 7 per week
• Late finishes - this role suits someone happy working evenings into the night

Requirements

• A hardworking, reliable team player
• Able to keep pace during busy evening service
• No experience necessary - full training provided
• Happy working nights and committed to regular shifts
• Good attention to detail and pride in a clean kitchen
