The Financial Controller will be a key contributor to the highly dynamic North America (NAM) Performance Controlling, focused on the Closing team tasks. The successful candidate will join the Business Performance Controlling (BPC) Closing team, focusing on the support of P58 SAP system implementation and to support all financial reconciliations and corrects needed due to the implementation of the new system for the In-Vivo organization of Healthineers NAM. The candidate needs accounting knowledge, financial closing knowledge, and timely communicate monthly financial result to stakeholders with a meaningful commentary. This position will interact with many layers and functions of the organization. Your Role: Enablement of Key Players in Local Organization for efficient data quality optimization in the new SAP system for the In-Vivo organization Data Validation Coordination is management of the group of primary and secondary contacts across all data objects, processes, and businesses Management of Data Cleansing: Goal Setting, Method Definition & Process facilitation towards Load Cycle Target achievement Management is represented by our accountability for definitions and development of processes and tools around successful data migration. Setting goals for data migration and data quality Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or related area. 8+ years of successful experience in monthly close activities various types of financial analysis within accounting or controlling. Applied experience and knowledge of IFRS. Strong technical SAP knowledge. Ability to interface with upper management and cross-functional colleagues in a professional manner. Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence. Highly proficiency with Microsoft Excel, experience with Snowflake, Jedox, and Power BI is desired. Proactively shares knowledge within own team and ability to cultivate a collaborative working environment. The base pay range for this position is: $105,150 - $144,584 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
