$20.72 per hourKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesPreparing and delivering products for conversion into finished itemsOrganizing final products for shipping and distributionSharing team goals and managing job assignmentsPerforming basic preventative maintenance on machines and equipmentCompleting general housekeeping duties to maintain a continuously safe and clean team work environmentEducation DesiredHigh School Diploma or EquivalentWork Experience RequiredPrevious experience working on with a forklift or clamp truckTwo (2) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environmentPrevious experience working in the corrugated industryKnowledge, Skills, Or Abilities DesiredMaintaining strict adherence to all safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipmentOur Production Associates work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in an unairconditioned, noisy, and high-volume environmentPhysical RequirementsPerform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and / or pulling for at least eight (8) hours a day, up to 12 hoursAbility to lift 45 lbs.Ability to work 8-12 hours in heat that may exceed 85 degreesAbility to work 8-12 hours on your feet (standing/walking)Maintenance Technician:The maintenance personnel are responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and equipment within the facility to keep it in proper working order. As well as maintaining building equipment and facilities.Crew D - 7:00pm-7:00amPay range: $33.50-$38.00 per hourEssential FunctionsPerform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and proceduresPerform electrical trouble shooting and repairs using the proper tools and PPEWork with or without production personnel to troubleshoot mechanical issuesWork in conjunction with outside contractors and/or vendors as well as OEMs to troubleshoot and make repairs to plant equipmentLocate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listen for problems; and use precision measuring and testing instruments to diagnose problemsControl downtime by performing routine preventive maintenance techniquesFabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipmentMaintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsUse computer system to document work and account for partsCommunicate with the team using verbal, written or electronic communication including phone, email, radio, or other modesMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsRequired to participate on the Emergency Response TeamPerform other duties assigned by leads/management/supervisorsSupport the installation of new equipment and the fabrication of custom part
