Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, engineering, hospitality, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a hotel, serviced residence, commercial building, or facilities environment will be an advantage.
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent technical certification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline is preferred.
