THE JOB: As a Race and Sportsbook Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Race and Sports Book. Your leadership supports both the guest and employee experience by upholding department standards, resolving guest concerns with professionalism, approving charges, and assisting team members as needed. In this role, you are essential to creating a seamless and efficient operation.
