Our Junior Managers Program in Finance, Controlling & Accounting is designed for ambitious graduates who want to start their career in the commercial field and prepare specifically for a leadership position. During the program, you will be deployed in various departments of the company, both domestically and internationally, gaining comprehensive insights into our core business processes. You will rotate through different commercial departments such as finance or controlling and work on strategic projects as well as digitalization and automation topics. Your tasks will include individual project responsibility, optimization of business processes and conducting financial analysis. Together with us, you will lay the foundation for your future as a leader. For us, leadership means continuously advancing yourself and others, influencing existing processes, and achieving challenging, entrepreneurial, and meaningful goals. Decide for yourself which start date suits you best and when your permanent employment contract will begin. Design your program with up to six rotations in various areas. Experience Bosch during an international assignment. Complement your practical experiences with various learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget. Benefit from the network and experiences of your personal mentor at the top management level. Personality: You possess a powerful drive for constant transformation and have a passion for commercial performance management. Additionally, you are enthusiastic about digitalization and are IT-savvy. You enjoy inspiring others. You consider courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness as desirable attitudes. Background: You have completed your Master's or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with above-average results. You are already familiar with topics such as business planning and key performance indicator systems. You may have already obtained an MBA, PhD, or have some professional experience. Experience and Know-how: You bring at least three months of international experience and have gained practical experience through demanding subject-related internships, preferably in medium-sized companies or start-ups.
