- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
- Experience supporting change, technology implementations, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly in straightforward situations
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple deliverables, and follow through
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, summarize feedback, and support standard problem solving using experience, judgment, and established procedures
- Familiarity with change management principles, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, or training coordination
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
