- Validate quality and completeness of files prior to invoicing
- Internal Stakeholder Support
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to support workflow and priorities
- Respond to service-related inquiries and support approvals and scheduling
- Participate in internal meetings to track progress and align on priorities

- Experience & Education
- Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field (preferred)

- Exposure to service, billing, or warranty processes is beneficial
