Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve discrepancies
  • Follow up on overdue balances via phone, email, and formal communication

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AR processes (billing, collections, reconciliation)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of GST compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
  • Experience in a Shared Services or multinational environment
  • Strong SAP transaction processing and reporting exposure
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or cross-country finance operations
  • Proven track record in process improvement initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
