Your role will involve completing all repairs within contracted service level agreements, which means you'll be making follow-up calls to install additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), and carrying out scheduled planned maintenance services. We'll equip you with everything you need - a van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and even training! And the best part - you'll only be working weekdays! We also have a service centre in Wolverhampton so you will be in close contact with your colleagues for support and training.
Responsibilities
- The key responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer include, but are not limited to:
- Always follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules and technician procedures.
- Capture correct client data and make updates to jobs in "real-time".
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit.
- Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels.
- Uphold the condition of the company vehicle to an extremely high standard.
