Lead Site Reliability Engineering (L6)

Requirements

• Production Support / SRE (L2 Operations)
• o 12+years Strong experience in incident management, platform stability, anddistributed systems support
• Linux& Scripting Expertise
• o Hands-on with Linux commands + shell/Python/ scripting
• Monitoring& Observability Tools
• o Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, alerting, dashboards
• Java& Application Troubleshooting
• o Working knowledge of Java (1.8+) and end-to-end issue debugging
• o Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)
• Programming Languages
• o Exposure to C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby
• Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support , excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills & automation of operational tasks
• Support onboarding and guidance of junior team members
• Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Blaze Meter)
• Exposure to payments or real-time transaction systems
• Understanding of DevOps and automation practices
• Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
