Responsibilities

- Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or equivalent and 3 years' hourly supervision or manufacturing experience; or 7 years hourly supervision or manufacturing experience.
- Must be available to work all shifts and/or flexible hours. The training will occur on 1st shift from 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday for the first few weeks.
- After training is successfully completed, the night shift schedule will be from 7:30pm to 6am, Sunday through Wednesday. The off-shift hours are eligible for shift premium pay."

- This position has a compressed work schedule (Sunday through Wednesday 10 hours per day). Also, routine overtime is expected as business needs require.
