Junior Project Coordinator - Electrical The Junior Project Coordinator- Electrical will work closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent, supporting the coordination of project execution across safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and stakeholder communication. This role supports multiple concurrent industrial projects, with a focus on electrical infrastructure scopes such as transformer replacements, switchgear upgrades, and system improvements. This role is based in Sudbury, ON. What You Will Be Working On Support the planning and execution of project work plans and schedules Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Assist with shop drawing reviews and approvals Coordinate materials and equipment requirements Track project productivity and cost performance Assist with change orders, site instructions, and cost estimates Support monthly progress applications and payment processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports Assist with project closeout and turnover documentation Participate in and support site safety initiatives and meetings Help ensure compliance with the Bird Safety Program and safety standards Support quality assurance and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle
