Additional Responsibilities - Routine and Ad Hoc Operational Support Provide operational support and undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements - Possess 2-3 years in system management, data analysis, or digitalization projects and relevant working experience. Experience in VWO-related work is advantageous. Possess strong skills and experience in system implementation, data management, and digitalization projects, including data migration, cleaning, deployment, project timeline development, UAT coordination, and IT system support and enhancement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, provide clear instructions, and report on progress. Proficiency in Power BI, including the ability to develop interactive reports and dashboards, create meaningful data visualizations, and support data-driven decision-making. Soft Skills Problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply structured methodologies to analyse issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Demonstrate adaptability and change management capabilities to effectively support departmental initiatives, process improvements, and organizational transformation. Self-directed learning mindset, with a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
