Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6+ years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 3-4 years specifically focused on architecting and leading Salesforce implementations.
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II) are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.) and the Lightning Platform.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and ETL tools.
- Experience with various integration patterns (Real-time, Batch, Pub/Sub) and Salesforce DX / DevOps workflows.
- You enjoy untangling complex logic and finding the most elegant, "Salesforce-native" way to solve a problem.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
