- Required Qualifications
- Native fluency in a main European language; fluent in English; preferred business-level proficiency in 1-2 additional languages
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Deep, credible experience in the digital asset ecosystem, with a strong understanding of market structure, key players, and regulatory dynamics
- Established network across global crypto and fintech leaders, with demonstrated ability to open doors and originate strategic opportunities
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-party partnerships or enterprise agreements
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders across large, global organizations
- High degree of curiosity and ability to understand complex, multi-product businesses and identify where Taxbit can create value
- Experience operating in international markets, with a strong understanding of the European regulatory landscape

- The base salary range for this role is €60,000-€100,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
