About the role

As a Supervisory Realty Specialist, you will execute various PBS programs and initiatives in your assigned area of responsibility. Location of position: GSA, Public Building Service (PBS), Office of Leasing. Position to be filled in any of the listed locations. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed. The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,829 per year depending on location. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience must demonstrate knowledge and application of Federal, commercial and/or corporate realty laws, regulations, and practices in two or more of the following: performing project management or lead responsibility for the lease acquisition of 10,000 sf of office or special purpose space including lease construction; developing and implementing lease acquisition program policy, guidance, or best business practices; managing, supervising, or leading a federal, commercial, and/or corporate realty function; developing short and long range strategies and plans for optimizing federal lease portfolio and leasing performance; and developing, managing, administering and/or negotiating realty contracts.
