Role Overview As Andercore' first Chief Financial Officer, you will own the financial architecture of the company and be a core member of the executive leadership team. Your mandate is to design, operate, and continuously evolve a financial system that enables scale, resilience, and capital efficiency in a complex, capital-intensive environment. This is a system-building CFO position with active M&A and financing responsibilities -not a reporting role. The position is on-site in Berlin.
