About the role

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Production Supervisor to be part of their Production team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible. The Production Supervisor's responsible is: Support the Production Manager in daily operations, including night shift coverage Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet output, schedule, and quality targets Prepare duty rosters, allocate manpower, approve overtime, and manage shift coverage Troubleshoot production issues and support setup of new lines or equipment Train, guide, and motivate team members; maintain discipline and support performance reviews Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Min ITE in engineering related field Min 2 years of people management experience in production line Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
