I have the ability to perform common Manufacturing Supervisor duties such as: planning work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinate employees; considering skills, personnel, materials, and equipment required to complete assignments; establishing deadlines based on established policies; counseling employees on performance and problems. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to lead or supervise Ability to plan and organize work Ability To Use Hand Tools for Machine Shop Ability To Use Shop Drawings Measurement and Layout Operation of Machine Tools Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic) Physical Effort: None Working Conditions: Work is usually performed in a well-lighted, heated and ventilated area. However, you will be required to visit the manufacturing operations, where exposure to constant noise, coolants, solvents, oils, grease, operating machinery and moving vehicles are present.
