You'll be the strategic and operational copilot to an Asset Entrepreneur driving one of our molecules, and the connective tissue across a single-threaded asset team. Think of it as the COO of a single-asset biotech, and an Asset Entrepreneur in the making: judged on the speed and quality of the asset's decisions, not on how many meetings you run. It's a front-row seat to drug development: full exposure across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, BD, and the boardroom at a fast-growing startup with a platform the industry doesn't have.
