About the role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our Health & Beauty (H&B) retail channels, with a key focus on Olive Young and other major beauty retailers. - Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Field Sales, or related roles
- (open to up to 3-6 years depending on experience level)
- Experience in Beauty & Wellness, FMCG, or Retail channels preferred
- Hands-on experience in: Account management
- In-store execution
- Sales tracking and reporting
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage external buyers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven mindset
- Business-level English communication skills
