Responsibilities
- Engage in the interactive process with associates requesting leave, modifications to assist in performing the essential functions of their jobs, ergonomic solutions, or other adjustments to aid in performing task and/or reassignment

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 year of Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
- At least 2 year of customer service experience
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- Knowledge of federal and state disability laws regarding access for people with disabilities; specifically, ADA and FMLA
- 2+ years experience in Benefits
- 2+ years experience in Human Resources
- Ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and excellent follow up skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. HR Associate
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

Senior HR Associate - HR Accommodation Team We are searching for a dynamic individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our HR Accommodation team. The successful candidate will work directly with our associates and their leadership team in providing short term and long term ADAAA accommodations in accordance with Title I of the ADAAA.
