- Support the cultivation of donor relationships through high-quality written communications, donor briefs, and engagement materials
- Participate the organization in donor-facing events, partner engagements, and visibility activities that support resource mobilization
- Develop communications and visibility plans for active grants and PNS, ensuring all donor branding, acknowledgement, and communications requirements are met in full and on time
- Communications, Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Provide oversight and quality assurance for internal and external communications, brand alignment, marketing products, and executive communications.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality, evidence-backed storytelling that elevates child voice and programme impact.
- Oversee communications and advocacy responses during emergencies, sensitive issues, and public scrutiny.

- Provide strategic oversight of local and national-level advocacy, campaigns (including ENOUGH), and external engagement.

- Support coalition-building, movement strengthening, and engagement with civil society, faith partners, and influencers.
- Conduct stakeholder mapping and develop targeted engagement strategies for key policy influencers including government ministries, parliament, regulatory bodies, and sector leads
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with civil society organizations, government, media, think tanks, brand ambassadors and academic institutions to co-create and amplify advocacy efforts
- Monitor the national policy environment, legislative developments, and donor priorities to identify strategic advocacy opportunities and risks
- Develop advocacy position papers, policy briefs, public statements, and official submissions on behalf of the organization
- Develop and implement a public engagement strategy that grows WVG's audience, deepens community connection, and advances its positioning as a trusted public voice on development issues in Ghana
