Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the design and coordination of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) building services.
- Support preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Assist in design development for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV systems (exposure will depend on discipline).
- Coordinate with architects, other consultants, and contractors during design and construction stages.
- Attend project meetings, site inspections, and technical discussions.
- Assist in ensuring designs comply with local codes and authority requirements (e.g. BCA, SCDF, SP Group, NEA).
- Support submission of drawings and documents to relevant authorities.
- Perform other engineering and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Requirements / Criteria
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome ; prior internship or site experience will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems in building services.
- Familiar with AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to take instructions well.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Singaporeans or PR preferred.
