More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Internal Communication Specialist in Eindhoven with Signify. As an Internal Communications Intern, you'll be responsible for internal communications strategy for our global Net Promoter Score program, improving customer satisfaction. Work in a multifunctional team connecting and deploying the customer survey (NPS) results across the organization to raise customer and employee satisfaction levels Ensure effective internal communication and bridge gaps between HQ and frontline teams, including language and cultural barriers Identify training needs, develop learning materials, and deliver training sessions aligned with organizational goals Collaborate closely with Commercial Excellence, Quality, Operations, and Customer Services teams Contribute directly to operational efficiency and improved customer experience More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Internal Communications or a related field Interest in employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and training Innovative, solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment Excellent English skills; experience in training and cross-functional projects is a plus What you'll get in return...
