Additional Information

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide prompt, professional customer support. * Handle client enquiries and provide updates on corporate secretarial and compliance matters. * Coordinate with clients to obtain information and documents required for company secretarial services. * Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, shareholders' resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents. * Prepare and maintain statutory registers and corporate records. * Assist with company incorporations, changes to company information, and statutory filings with ACRA. * Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of corporate secretarial documents. * Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and other regulatory requirements. * Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation is properly filed. * Provide administrative and operational support to the corporate services team. * Perform any other duties assigned by management.
