Responsibilities

  • Records & Documentation
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain employee documentation in personnel files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.

  • Support offboarding processes, including separation documentation, equipment and access termination coordination.

  • Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team, including drafting correspondence, maintaining shared resources, and handling routine inquiries.
  • Task & Project Coordination
  • Track open HR tasks and action items, proactively ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Support People Operations initiatives and projects as assigned, providing coordination and logistical assistance as needed.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with Texas and California employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity; must be highly trustworthy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with BambooHR, Paychex, or comparable platforms.
  • PHR, aPHR, or SHRM-CP in progress or completed.
