HR Executive

Responsibilities

• 🎯 Support recruitment across Singapore and regional teams.
• 🎯 Coordinate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• 🎯 Maintain HR records, employment documentation, and HR systems.
• 🎯 Assist with payroll preparation, leave administration, and HR operations.
• 🎯 Support staff engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace culture programmes.
• 🎯 Coordinate training and development activities to help employees grow professionally.
• 🎯 Work closely with studio leaders and project managers to support workforce planning and talent needs.
• 🎯 Ensure HR processes remain efficient, compliant, and employee-friendly.

Requirements

• ✅ At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• ✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• ✅ Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• ✅ Comfortable working with diverse teams and creative professionals.
• Bonus Points If You Have
• ⭐ Experience hiring for technology, creative media, gaming, AI, XR, or digital production roles.
• ⭐ Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.
