About the role
The Operations and Partnership Manager of the Griffith Data Trust (GDT) is responsible for implementing strategy and providing operational and technical leadership in the area of big data analytics and related technologies. - Oversee delivery of complex industry-collaborative projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate and deliver professional training in big data analytics to external stakeholders, supporting research capability and data-driven practice.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and governance to strengthen performance and reporting.
- Build and maintain partnerships across industry and government to generate collaboration and funding opportunities.
- Ensure all projects and services meet performance, quality, and schedule objectives.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and policies aligned with University requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team to deliver high-quality outcomes, ensuring performance targets and deadlines are consistently met.
- About you
- Experience contributing to analytical outputs such as reports, publications, or grant submissions and working at the interface of partner delivery and research-informed practice will be highly regarded.

- Salary
- HEW 9 - Base range - $137,165.65 - $142,070.17 + 17%. Full package - $160,483.80 - $166,222.09.
